Install the Safeguard Protection software on an existing PDA, Blackberry or smartphone or let us help you select and provide just the right device for your situation, risk level and budget.	Step 2 SETUP Setup your lone & vulnerable worker procedures with the Safeguard system and your own personnel. Setup Safeguard rules to broadcast SMSs, e-mails and make phone calls to the right people. Utilise our partners if you need guidance on implementing best practices.
Step 3 PROTECT Safeguard runs silently in the background and can work with the web monitoring system to provide your organisation with a wealth of information. Using GPS, workers feel protected knowing that Safeguard is there for them if and when they need it.	Step 4 OPERATE Workers use the Safeguard system on their mobile device to indicate their status to the back office. They can leave 'Amber' alert voice messages, initiate 'Amber' countdowns (which can trigger Duress Alarms) and report other critical information.
Step 5 ESCALATE A lone or vulnerable worker encounters a situation placing them under duress. A simple press of a button initiates a two-way voice call with a nominated responder, broadcasts relevant SMSs and e-mails and updates the digital mapping on the web monitoring system with the user's exact location.	Step 6 RESPOND Your organisation responds using its own procedures and policies. Safeguard is there every step of the way to inform on workers' statuses and locations.
